Deming, NM Wedding Photographer. Mando and Aubrey’s wedding day in Deming, New Mexico was a WET one! The weather report showed a 25% chance of rain–but within minutes of checking my app that morning, the clouds let loose and there was a torrential downpour that didn’t let up for hours! No worries, though–just like at their engagement session, I always come with a backup plan! With an indoor ceremony and reception, I knew that I just needed to make sure to have a few portrait locations in mind that would keep everyone out of the mud. I made a quick phone all to get permission to use a covered patio, and we were good to go.
Aubrey and Mando were surrounded by their closest friends and family, and it was clear how loved they are! Their ceremony was full of feeling and heart, as they made their vows to build a life together as husband and wife, and then they greeted each guest in person after the ceremony, thanking them for coming and accepting their congratulations and well-wishes.
Mando and Aubrey are so sweet together, and my favorite moments during their portraits were the ones in between shots, when I’d be making an adjustment to my settings, and look up to see them holding or looking at each other in the sweetest most loving way. Maybe it surprised them when I brought it to their attention, but when I mentioned that I could just let them do that all day, they busted up laughing–which, in turn, created some of the sweetest most joyful interactions between them. Watch for Aubrey’s bright smile!
Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Perales! I wish you the very best in your new life together!!
Hugs,
Erin
